30 Day Limit
Refunds will not be issued for items returned beyond a 30-day window from the purchase date. However, in cases where the merchandise remains in stock, unused, and suitable for reselling, management may consider approving exchanges for store credit after this 30-day period has elapsed.
Please note that merchandise that has been worn, washed, chewed, soiled, or stained is ineligible for refund. We kindly request that you remove any dog hair from items before initiating a return.
FOOD AND TREATS
For your convenience in selecting the right dietary option for your pet, we ensure a guarantee on food and treats that may not suit them. We are more than willing to exchange them for something more appealing. Kindly make the return within 30 days, ensuring that frozen items remain frozen and all bags are properly sealed.
Please note that if more than half of the bag or item has been consumed, we cannot provide credit if your dog no longer finds the product appealing.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase. The same credit card or a card linked to the same account must be used for this purpose.
Kindly be aware that refunds to a credit card may take 7-10 business days to reflect in the account.
Items received as a gift may only be refunded as store credit. No cash or credit card refunds.
Holiday / Seasonal Items
Refunds for holiday and seasonal items are not permissible once the relevant holiday or event has concluded.
However, management may consider granting exchanges for store credit post-holiday or event, provided that the merchandise remains in stock, unused, and suitable for reshelving and selling.
